Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by Underground Tactical are new and under warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, Underground Tactical will refund the purchase price including shipping if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply).

A 15% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned that are not covered under warranty.

A 15% cancellation fee is charged for any cancelled orders by the customer, pre or post shipment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Underground Tactical order processing

Sales are final on sale items, clearance merchandise & special orders

*All returned goods must have prior consent. Please email for Return Authorization prior to returning any product.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking/cancellation fees.

*Shooting steel case ammo automatically voids your warranty
